Fall-Inspired Makeup Trends

Summer 2017 was fun while it lasted. We enjoyed soaking up  the sun and the lack of effort needed to get ready for a hot day and summer slay. Well summer is unofficially over and class is in session!  So long beach balls, glittery bronzer and no-makeup makeup. Hello fashion week, vampy lips and funky graphic liner.  Here are 5 trends you need to stay on trend this Fall. 

1. Vampy Lips

Nothing says "hello Fall" like a good ol vampy lip. Typically we go for matte formulas only but this year Texture and application is welcomed as long as its paired with minimal makeup. From red lip stains, to berry glossy lips, even two-toned purples, the possibilities are endless! 

2. Glossy Eyelids

This is one trend we're glad is sticking around a little longer. Over the summer we say lots of glossy lids with nude shades but this fall we're adding a little smoke to the outer corners for ended depth and dimension.

3. Heavy Metals

Metallic shadows and liners are soooo in this fall! Add it the inner tear duct or sweep it across the entire bottom lid! We want lots of metallics and we want them now! 

4. Lashes!!!
Choose one of three looks: feathery and full, spidery and segmented, or twiggy-inspired! 

5. Graphic Liner

No more boring liner, we want to see fun and creative liner. Bold cut creases, fun angles and shapes and pops of color. 

6. Pops of color

Intricate eyedow placement with multiple colors has become a thing of the past. This season is all about bold washes of color!
